Our medical social workers will be there to support you in finding all of the available resources to help you and your loved ones during your recovery process. They will assist you with the following:
- Crisis intervention
- Group and individual counseling
- Coordination for medical equipment and transportation
- Coordinate with the patient’s family during their discharge to make it hassle-free
